SCIENCE —A BLESSING OR A CURSE
We live in an age of science . Without science a modern man is nothing. Human civilization has made wonderful progress during the last few centuries . Science finds out a logical relation between cause and effect in every sector . Science creates wonderful civilization in our beloved world.Science has taught many things . The everyday articles we use from pins to a planes are inventions of science. Science taught us how to produce more food and secure better housing than in the age of primitive people. It has made our life more enjoyable and comfortable with the invention of electric fans , the refrigerators and air - conditioner which give us relief in hot weather. Books we read are painted and designed by better scientific methods . Agriculture and industry get boost. People go to distant places , thanks to science , by buses ,trams, trains and airplanes . Another wonderful invention is the internet by which the world is in our hands .Modern surgery and medicines are working wonders by curing dangerous diseases .But despite all achievements , science has its disadvantages . Motor vehicles mills and factories have polluted which is so dangerous for not only human life but also non-human beings . Use of deadly weapons like hydrogen bombs , atom bombs and deadly poisonous gases may obliterate the whole human civilisation within minutes .Really science is a wonderful item in our life if it is used for constructive purposes, otherwise it is a curse.
