T.V.
Sir
Through the columns of your
esteemed daily, I venture to voice my anxious and tension of bad effect of
watching violence and crime on T.V.
Nowadays, the various maleficent
effects that are observed in children because of the violence and crime that is
shown on television. Children who view shows in which violence is very realistic,
frequently repeated or unpunished, are more likely to imitate what they watch
.They affect our mind to an unbelieving extent .children and juveniles are
mostly affected due to this .Extensive research evidence indicates that media
violence can contribute to aggressive behavior, desensitization to violence,
nightmares and fear of being harmed and failing to understand the suffering of
others.
It is the high time to stop this, the T.V channels must stop
telecasting violent and criminal scenes during prime time .Govt should make law
to stop such crime.
