Sub: Loss of the Motor-bike

Sir,

    With profound respect and humble submission, I would like to draw your attention about the following matter under your kind consideration. I beg to state that my motor- bike was lost at about 5 o’clock yesterday in the evening of the 4^th March’ 2026.

    

     I kept my bike against the light post in front of a tea-stall at the crossing of the Station Road and Alipur Rd. Just after my shopping from a stationery shop I found my bike missing. I searched every nook and corner of the area but failed to trace it. It was a Honda shine make of  red colour and it was in new condition. I purchased it only last year. Its number is WB66-AK 7545.

    I would be obliged if you kindly investigate the case and give me a complaint number and take necessary steps to recover my by motor bike. Thanking you,
