Preparation of Omelette
Omelettes is very nutritious food .It is prepared through a number of steps very easily in our home.The ingredients needed for an omelette are egg, onion, green chilli, ginger, salt and black pepper. At first, onion, green chilli and ginger are cut into very small pieces. Then an egg is broken in a bowl and mixed with the chopped ingredients. Next, salt is added and the mixture stirred well with a spoon. After this a frying pan is put on the fire and some oil is poured into it. The mixture is then poured into the heated pan and spread. Thereafter, both sides are fried and rolled. Finally, the omelette is ready to be served with black pepper spread over it.
